    I have a 1959 Allis Chalmers D14 with a g149 gas burner. The engine stopped suddenly and I dropped the oil pan to discover the connecting arm on the #2 piston had come loose, broke, and jammed inside the block.     depends on if it has the pressed steel wheels or the cast centers stock with pressed steel somewheres around 45-4600 i used to be able to get mine down around 4000 but she was stripped down pretty good hope this helps

    I don't remember anyone explaining anything to me and i simply asked a question i don't care what you say i have two identical tractors with 4232 heads and there is 50 pounds compression difference and the cam timing don't have a thing to to with compression if the guy did the motor right

    H260 Massey 44 Head question

    i had one that had 125 taken off it and then when we rebuilt the motor we took another 110 off with no problems and we also had high dome pistons alot of people will tell you not to do this though just put a higher dome piston in.
