JD 8200 discs
Turns out I ordered the AM12410 from a third party website and they sent me a different disc. I went to my local JD dealer this afternoon and their AM12410 fits like a glove. Thanks for all of the help.- Moyfully

Thanks for the reply. I tried the AM12410 directly from JD a few weeks ago but no dice. And you are correct, the mounting slot is more rectangular than square. I'm going to try to contact Burrell's to see if they might have some or have an answer.- Moyfully

I did some additional digging and found some mentions on other forums of a Shoup part number GD12410 that seems to have promise. Shoup no longer lists the part on their website but it was available in a 2018 catalog of theirs that I found an archive of and appears to be the right assembly...- Moyfully

I am still struggling to find the right replacement. I took the opener arm off yesterday to get a better look. Attached is a photo of the bore on the arm and also photos of the hub. The diagrams for the AM12410 that Tx Jim posted and that are on the JD website indicate that it has the same kind...- Moyfully
