sediment bulb does not seat properly on 560

Are you 100% sure it’s the gasket…. If so, I use seal all on each side of the gasket. It is the perfect sealant for gasoline and diesel fuel. Any automotive store will carry it. Have had guys replace the gasket only to find it is a fitting or packing nut on the shut off valve

We’re fortunate here in mid Michigan. We have a business called Gas Tank Renu. They cut 3 inch holes in the tank, sand blast, seal it, weld the holes back and you get a brand new tank and can’t hardly find where they cut the holes, there amazing

Remote hydraulics on 674 Farmall not working

In your first post you said the loader works. When did it become slow?? Or was it slow before, if so than guessing you may have a weak pump. How was the steering before?? It has priority over all functions. What was the remote hydraulic issue??

Remote hydraulics on 674 Farmall not working

Back in the good old days 574 and 674 then the 84 series were very popular around here with small dairy farms littering the countryside. Every farm had a loader on them. The few that a still around are used on grain augers and a few small hay operations. I have a 674 scheduled to repair later...

Remote hydraulics on 674 Farmall not working

When sitting on the tractor, the tin plate behind your right heel. Remove it and you can see where the handle hooks to the valve. With the handle hooked to the valve you should feel the detents of the valve position. Should be four positions, raise, neutral, lower, and float. And for your...
