    Injectors for that one are not that expensive. The blower is a big deal to get done right if it was never upgraded.

    Sounds like the pilot bearing in the clutch locked up and won't let the clutch stop spinning. #23 in the picture.

    I like the Lucas "Slick Mist Tire and Trim Shine". Just mist it on and rub it in. Leaves a nice none gloss look to them and seems to last quite awhile.

    Correct John Deere Black for a 444C

    John Deere has a Blitz Black that is a pretty good color. Don't know if it is correct for what you are doing but it is a nice shade.

    John Deere 1020 losing fluid

    Hydraulic fluid leak by the 3 point shaft by the hitch is common on them. I've replaced seals with the proper size o rings with pretty good luck sealing the up.

    Don't know if it has anything to do with the brakes not bleeding but did you clean the screen under the transmission case? They get pretty nasty sometimes.

    Looks like they didn't have them loose enough when they took them off the crank. You can see the spline marks on them .

    Problem is with your design there is no adjustability in it. Not only for going from 18 to 20 inch height but also how you place your weights can change that so you need the adjusters.
