    You normally want one in the 2 to 5 psi range. Flow rate doesn't matter. It will only pump fuel into the carb when the needle is open.     Surge Protector & Random Circuit Breaker Tripping

    Breakers with ground fault protection should not be used on an Surge Protective Devices. There is a slight leakage current to ground that could cause them to trip. No so in this day and time. GFCI and GFI outlets are not the same as ground fault breakers.

    You should have no trouble cutting lead with a Sawzall. May need to experiment with a couple of different blades to find the one that works best. Most dangerous part of working with lead as you should know is the melting and pouring process.

    BCS does make some good machines. The problem in the US is cost. By the time you bought the tractor then added a few implements, a good tiller and mower etc. it would cost nearly $10,000 USD. Not many are willing to spend that kind of money just to maintain a small vegetable garden and yard.

    The correct socket to use is called an E Torx Socket if you do not want to run the risk of stripping the bolt heads.

    You should be able to grab the rod and use it like a slide hammer to remove the seal. From the looks of the rod. I would want to know what kind of shape the cylinder, piston and o-rings were in before I spent money on new wiper seals.

    Look to see if they're numbers stamped into the boss/flange that bolts to the engine or air filter.
