Ford 3500 Industrial losing power under load
It usually starts right up for me, unless it's early in the morning after a cold night. I do need to replace the plugs and coils though. That is on my list, but as far as that being the problem when the fix seems to be running at 1/3 or 1/2 choke? -

I had just cleaned out all three of those screens. The sediment bowl screen looks rough. The bowl is brass and the screen looks to be metal. I am going to replace that soon. Since having it at half choke makes it run great, wouldn't that mean I have an air flow issue, or mixture issue? -

So I got the system back on and the leaking seems to have stopped at the front joint but it is sill leaking out a little bit at the front of the shaft. Once I get the replacement scraper then I just need to find someone who can make a replacement seal. I can get the scraper and seal replaced... -

I'll find one. Thanks guys for all the help. The latest is that I must have damaged the threads on one of my ball pins when I was removing the system, I can't get the nut back on. So I've ordered a thread repair file. If that does not work ill get a rethreading die... Once I get it back on and...
