    Just called up my Tractor guy in Bakersfield to order up some parts for my Super 55. One of my items was a set of Autolite spark plugs and he'd asked me if I was aware of Autolite filing Chapyer 11 and I told him no.He said this took place last fall.

    Basically, I think while installing the seal you might want to apply some real thin tape over the splines on your shaft to prevent the seal from becoming damaged?

    Back in the Good Ol Days when I was working aircraft we had what they were called Flair savors, any size or shape or metal differences. Another way you can do that is depending on the size, run down to your hardware store and purchase a counter sunk screw, taper lathe cut the head of the screw...

    Hydraulic cross shaft.

    On my Super 55 I am looking to replace a cross shaft seal. What would be the best way to remove this seal? With the hydraulic housing still bolted down, I don't believe the shaft comes out..

    Best Crowfoot wrenches for Hydraulic fittings?

    I'm a retired aircraft worker and spent most my time in plumbing, fuel, hydraulics, oxygen etc.etc. I have a set of Proto crows feet I paid around $75.00 some years back. Depending how much plumbing you are up against, you could probably buy the one crows feet, or get real brave and buy a 1/2"...

    On my Super 55, how many quarts of oil am I going to need to fill it back up after I had drained it?

    Not sure where to get a breather assembly for my Super 55. Looks as if mine is missing, called Korves and he said they no longer make them? Who would I contact?

    Diesel woes !

    Gave the guy a $100.00 bill in Rosamond Calf. at $8.27 a gallon, I got little over 1/2 of a tank? Course I'd rather pay that then to have bombs thrown overhead!!!

    Oliver Super 55 fluids change help needed

    Glad to see somebody knows how to check these operations. I wasn't really sure, with the tractor in that mode, the level was sitting just above the add mark about a 1/8" or so, guess I will add a little bit. Thank you..

    Oliver Super 55 fluids change help needed

    When checking the hydraulic fluid level, is the 3 point all the way up or down, and is the dipstick screwed all the way in then out to check it or just sitting on top of the flat?? Thank you.
