3/8 Drive Ratchet and Socket Set

I've got Snap On, Mac,Craftsman and S&K. for my own use at home and can't complain about any of them except the price. At work, I needed a 1/4-3/8 socket set in metric and standard and my boss picked up a nice set at ACE hardware. It's the Ace brand and carries a lifetime warrenty and the price...

    pully shut off

Try this again. It doesn't show in the pics, but the lever has a round tube with a clamp bolt that fits tight around the bearing body of the pully assembly.Hope this makes sense to everyone. Mark

    pully shut off

Here's some pics of the pully engagement in question. I don't have the engagement rod attached in these pics. When the lever is forward, the whole assembly is pushed out disengaging it and engaged when the lever is pulled back.

    pully shut off

I should have added that I have a rod attached to the lever that goes back to the steering post with a PTO knob on the end which allows me to activate it from the drivers seat. Mark

    pully shut off

There is also an aftermarket attachment that bolts to the frame that the pully hub passes through which has an ecentric and a lever. When you move the lever forward or backwards it causes the pully assembly to go in or out to engage or disengage the pully. I picked one up on Ebay earlier this...

    WD Allis headlights

Here are a couple of photos of the headlights in question. The outsides are the same but you can see the 4 notches in the rim of the sealed beam unit. The sealed beam is a GE4511 6volt. I found a 12 volt with the same dimensions, but I don't have it handy to get the nimber off it. Mark

    WD Allis headlights

Randy, Is there another tractor headlight assembly that looks identical to the one used on the WD that had the sealed beams? The reason I ask is that the sealed beam fits perfectly in the one fixture but not the other and it dosen't appear that the socket was ever in the sealed beam fixture. Mark

    WD Allis headlights

I switched my WD over to 12 volt and noticed when I took the 2 headlights apart that I had 2 completely different styles. One fixture uses a sealed beam headlamp and the other uses a replaceable bulb with a cover lens. I"de like to go with the sealed beam style and was wondering if anyone had an...
