    John Deere G leaking manifold around bolts

    dan, look for a loctite pipe thread sealant with teflon. general motors used that type of product in their engines that had head bolts protruding into the water jacket. there are other manufacturers who recommend that type of product. good luck. old devil dog.

    in the 720 years the pony motor was increased in displacement. at that time serial numbers were assigned to the pony motors. i think i read that in a two cylinder or a green magazine. there is a machine shop in the dakotas that does a lot of work on pony motors. they advertise in both...
