I really appreciate the help Mark, however, this site lists the 3301B for the 1/2 inch rod. I have a 5/8 inch, .625 inch rod. The repair kit I ordered is 3301A for the .625 rod. It is obvious to me the one I received is not right as nothing fits. So is the description (on YT) wrong for... -

Thanks Shaun. I finally found some very basic instructions in the service manual. It says to remove the two hydraulic lines and then pull the rod out the front. Right now the rod doesn't want to come out as the fluid is holding it where it is. Tomorrow I will pull the lines and see if it... -

Sorry I haven't got back to you sooner. Thanks for the information. My cylinders are different. They have a snap ring in place versus the spanner wrench needed for yours. Mine have a .625 shaft size so I ordered repair kits that mention that size rod. I just got the repair kits today... -

Working on the "new" tractor today and moved some fuel lines that were getting in the way of carb operation. I must have dislodged some gunk and I am pretty sure it stuck the float needle open. Gas all over the place and wouldn't stop. Removed the carb and took it apart and started cleaning... -

Got the 2000 home today and looked it over better and adjusted and tightened a few things. It DOES have a Zenith carb. On the little plate it says I can run it in California. It is an 8 speed. Two shifters on top of the transmission. The throttle lever is very touchy. It seems to go... -
