    I have already mowed with it. Doesn't seem to be a problem. Just don't want to have the arms have to hold that weight alone for the entire time I mow.

    I have a 1959 Deere 630 and I bought a 1300 lbs disk mower. I was going to put a limiting chain on it. Do you think the center link is strong enough to handle that? Also, would the cylinder hook on the back of the 630 handle that weight? Thanks.

    I am installing flat top fenders on a Deere 630 and trying to remove the flat head screws in the axle where the fender bracket is to be bolted. I have used heat but no luck so far. Any suggesting on how to get the screws removed would be appreciated. Thanks,

    John Deere 630 mowing

    I still bushhog and even do some 3-16s plowing in the spring with my 630. You are right. When my dad bought this tractor in 1960 it was a big tractor. How times change. I love to take her out and work her. I feel like she wants to be productive and not just sit in the barn.
