    Thanks Larry, It wouldn't see much extreme use with me as I don't farm. Just a few calves now and then. I'm mainly interested, because it is 8 years newer than my 253 and for what it would cost to put a loader on mine I can trade for the 271XE

    I'm looking at buying a 2002 model, but I can find little to no info on this tractor online. It doesn't come up on the Agco Parts Book page, and even tractordata.com has very little info on it. About the only things I know are it has a Perkins 4-236, but no one seems to carry parts for that...

    The main thing I was wondering about are threads. For instance I've had the head off 3-4 times for various reasons. My local machine shop says don't re-torque head bolts more than once due to stretching. I've located some new head bolts but not sure if threads would be the same as exported...
