    Wheel Weights

    I run a bracket that bolts on and has one piece of all thread running down the center. Put a coupling on the all thread with a piece of tubing welded to it. Slide a bar in the tubing and use an air gun to tighten to the weights. I run 8 weights per side on a WD9 for the 10,000 lb class

    Good luck with it. Out here in MD I'm about the only one pulling a WD9 on a regular basis. I hang right in there with the 560's, 730's and JD R's. On the right track I can get the MM GBD that comes out for time to time.

    I don't know if it makes much difference in hp (might gain a couple) but at least it's not pulling air thru the oil bath. Didn't see any reason to take the oil bath off since the lightest we pull it in is 7000 lb class and I make that easy weighing 230 myself. This picture was taken in the...

    no turbo. the exhaust is in the correct location. what we did was cut a hole right above the carb and got rid of the crossover pipe.

    IH rear wheel weight bracket question

    The ones that I use have a piece of all thread on the inside with nuts welded to both ends. There's a threaded coupler on the allthread with a piece of square stock welded to it. I slide in a piece of square stock and use a impact wrench to tighten and loosen the weights. Makes adding 1000 lbs...
