    Farmall 300 and disk size ?

    I pulled a 12' IH 370 disk behind my 300 utility for years,12' 7.5" spaced disk,comes out to 40 blades I got a 12.5 or 13' pull type harrow I hook to it sometimes too,that's a load for it but it does it in 2nd direct.. I got a 560 and 450 I use now but the 300 will do it fine

    looking through the transmission and final drive manual gss 1340 and it mentions a shifter swivel shaft seal kit but doesn't give a part #, any of you old boys like Pete 23 or Janicolson have any information on this?

    for some of you more experienced wrenchers,lets say I have a 1108041 delco starter for a IH 300/350, what does that cross to in delco, 10MT,35MT 51MT? looking to rebuild/overhaul one myself

    I grew up around a 4386 that ran for many trouble free years, I think it was overhauled at least once. in the fall it pulled a 28' 496 IH disk and a 9 or 11 shank glencoe soil saver, occasionally it pulled a 9 shank vripper also, in the spring it was on a 35' field cultivator... we always wished...

    its very close, I like the regal red too, its a little on the darker side but when it cures and fades a little its close to IH red
