WD9 no fuel to Cylinders 1 and 3

I found stuck valves in the distributor block. I made a tool to get the hex things out of the bottom. Any suggestions on how to get the guides to come out? Everything is stuck.

WD9 no fuel to Cylinders 1 and 3

I'll be honest I don't know how to find your email. It's not listed under your username and I don't see it in any previous post. That's great that really helps! I was looking at pictures in the following link but it didn't really break down the lower section so I could not see the Cam...

WD9 no fuel to Cylinders 1 and 3

First one I worked on myself. I have run and worked on the fuel system for on a few and I understand the starting/switch over mechanics of the engine. I have yet to go into the actual injection pump as of yet. I've been looking at this and the red power forums for as much info as possible before...

WD9 no fuel to Cylinders 1 and 3

I'm working on the WD9 tonight and I found the rack was stuck in the pump. I got the rack loose and working properly and fired it up again to switch it to diesel. This time I got some success as it switched over reasonably well as it ran on the diesel the first time since I got it. It was RPM...

    WD-9 engine to a super WD-9 specs?

I've been doing as much research as possible on my own and I haven't seen anything about an engine Serial Number yet. The only thing I have seen is the block part number being behind the injection pump and I can't read that due to the grime on it which I have attempted to clean off yet. Where...

    WD-9 engine to a super WD-9 specs?

I have a Late WD-9 with live hydraulics that I'm working on. It has been decaled as a super and I don't know anything about it's previous life other then it came from Canada I believe above North Dakota. Did IH make sleeve and pistons kits or is it possible to change a regular WD-9 engine...

    Dearborn 14-51 side mounted sickle

Does anyone know what the subject mower might fit. It doesn't have the side brackets that are used on the n series machines but rather a belly mounted bracket of some sort. I was thinking maybe jubilee.but I can't find a picture of one.

Charlynn torque generator in place of optional IHC unit

I have a charlynn power steering setup to install on my farmall 300 I prefer not to cut the hood brace on the hood side panel to fit the pump mounted reservoir on the eaton pump that is part of the Char-lynn kit. I'm currently working on a smaller reservoir but I stumbled across the optional...

    300 hydraulic lever detent adjustment?

So I started looking at this and my linkages are free and tight. It's the inner valve (outer lever) it only sticks on the pulled back direction. The forward direction springs back just fine as the others do. Is it still possible it's the garter spring if it's only giving issues in one direction...

300 RC won't reach rated rpm.

I've had all that apart. All the connections in that linkage are in very good condition. There is little to no wear in anything that I see.

300 RC won't reach rated rpm.

Kinda at a loss at this point. I've read all kinds of posts on here about Us and 300s and 300 utilities trying to solve this but no joy so far. Very recent engine overall and we noticed that it really wasn't getting up to the higher rpm to bring the PTO up to 540. I'm getting about 500 RPM on...

    300 hydraulic lever detent adjustment?

Had the 300 out for the first time to do some mowing since the overhaul. Still getting used to all it's functions. The outer most hydraulic lever doesn't switch back to neutral as one would like. It comes partially back and you have to help it the rest of the way. When it does this, I think it's...
