    My 2 lever control valves on a JD 145 loader are going bad (sticking), I'm thinking of going with a joy stick replacement. Any recommendations of where to begin my search?

    Hi all, I am replacing my JD 2630 (1974) tach, I put a cheapo import in a few years ago....a mistake. It didn't fit correctly 1st off, and failed after only 200 hours...any recommendations? Deere apparently quit making them, I see aftermarket replacements starting at $35.00 up to $200.00...

    Hello all, I have a JD model 50 (1956) , not get engaging the starter, I did all the usual, clean the battery posts, went underneath and cleaned all connections inside the button and post on the outside. Checked for juice, got a good result, but still no engagement. The inside of the button...

    Hi Scooter, I'm located in South Jersey, it was shipped to a dealership 4 miles from my farm! (Farm Rite Inc). At that time, they were located in Shiloh NJ. I believe it was used for vegetable production, the creeper was possibly for digging root crops of some sort.

    On occasion, I cut only grass hay and usually I can bale in 2 days. I tedd when I get into a field with some clover in it.

    suggestions on used hayrakes, I am currently using a well wornJD 640, looking to up grade. Small operation of grass hay (30acres), Looking at 256 NH, with or without dollies, possible Miller Pro. I'm not sure about the wheel rakes, plenty around that are cheap. My budget is about 2500.00...
