Round Tube wide front end
Can anyone tell me what year 2cyl JD wide front ends went from round tube to the square tube?- ramargheim

JD4020 gear shift
Well thats what I always thought,I have seen a half a dozen or more listed on Big Iron or Auctiontime that had the short gear shift lever but the ser# indicated they 71 or 72 models so I thought am I mistaken or is there something not correct on those tractors, at any rate thank you for your...- ramargheim

I'm wondering if anybody can tell me , and this is according to ser#, why some 1971 & 1972 4020's have the straight syncro gear shift levers and some have the double bent ones and also why some have the round one on top of the other fuel filters & some have the glass square ones, and I'm aware...- ramargheim
