I have printed the picture with the information about all the serial numbers and will be taking that with me next time I go look at the tractor. I will keep you guys posted.     I found two sets of numbers and the Ford 4000 is really a Ford 3000. The first set of numbers is C6NN-4024 U, this set was under the seat. The second set of numbers was on the transmission and they are C5NN-706 B4.

    Guys, I have been reading the responses and it looks like the first thing I need to do is get some manuals. Next question, how do I find out exactly what I have? Is their any vin numbers I can get off the tractor to take to the local dealership to get the exact spec's of my tractor?
