    Oliver 1850 rearend noise.

    I have a Oliver 1850 diesel. It makes a clunking noise when I let the clutch out in 5th or 6th gear. It is worse under load but goes away when it speeds up. There is also some growling and vibration under the seat. Any ideas where to look?

    Need a 22

    I would buy a 17HMR instead of a 22. The ammo seems easily available and it has a little more energy. Savage has a good line of bolt action rifles with scopes already mounted and they also just come out with a semi auto 17HMR. I have heard of people shooting critters to coyotes with the 17HMR.

    77 Standard seems down on power

    I have been plowing some wheat stubble in a field that has not been plowed in 12 years. My tractor seems to be losing power. It is some sticky wet ground.     Do Ya Know How To Grease A Plow?

    I clean them up with a scotch brite pad after plowing and wipe off any dirt. I then spray them down with WD-40 and put them in the shed.

    Whats a JD 5-14 145 Plow worth?

    The plow is in really good shape with good wear parts and a black JD cylinder on it. It was shedded up until this summer. The moldboards had a nice land polish on them but the rust is starting to dig in.
