    Why is it that some places won't let you pull stamped steel centers? Ive heard of a lot more people breaking wedges on cast centers than I've heard of people having trouble with stamped wheels.     You need all the top end- push rods, rockers arms valve cover etc. You need to check compression with the head and pistons your using. The small chamber really helps bump the compression up.     Im thinking about offset grinding a RD450 crank. Has anybody ever done this to one of these before? The rod journal diameter measures 2.75, and i was considering grinding it down to 2.2 inch, which would be the same journal diameter as a big block chevy bearings. Is grinding .550"" going to...
