  • Got the C135 back today, crank came out standard all the way! Engine builder put the sleeves in (held them down with a bolt) and put the pistons on the rods. Everything got balanced, one rod way light and they all got brought down to the same weight. Engine is on a stand now, need to get new bearings and other bits and pieces. Anywho, its back, no major issues, should be smooth sailing for the most part.
Popped the crank out the other day, that last main cap was in there hard. Last main wasnt nearly as bad as the other two. Now I just need to get the block and crank down to the engine guy to get the block boiled and ask for bearing specs and a polish.
Have had the Super C torn apart for awhile. The rod journals checked out with the dial caliper. Still have to get the rear main seal off and get the crank out. Have to clean out the transmission bellhousing, might need a new input shaft, shes pretty shredded either from whoever put the combine engine in or just wear and tear. Main bearings are smoked though.
