    throttle

    I have a 1951 8n that the hand throttle will not stay in place. When i open it up it will bounce back to about the midpoint or so. I use a flat tip to hold it open so i can mow. Any thoughts??

    got it running, thanks for the help but when i stopped mowing the other day my radiator cap was relieving pressure and i had antifreeze coming out of the overflow line for i would say less than a minute or so. Any thoughts on this one.

    what about spark plug wires the ones i have now do not seem to fit the new autolite 437 spark plugs i just bought even though the wires say autolite on them.

    what is the part number for the coil and condesor and points as well, also what motor oil should i be using? thanks

    i am still new at this but that is good advice, i am one of those people who will start to shotgun every thing when i get mad. any way it has been converted to 12v but the coil looks like it is really old and maybe was not replaced in the process

    I have a 1952 ford 8n that i just bought and i have had nothing but problems. When i mow i can go for about 30-40 minutes and then she seems to lose power and die on me. Once she cools off i can restart and try again. My oil pressure varies from 20-40 psi, i do not have any boil over from the...
