    back in the late 60s Dad and I were at our local dealership getting parts and a guy came in and wanted to buy a chisel plow for his D17, and the owner of the dealership said"they don"t make them that small".

    I have front weights on my WD-45. They are mounted on the inside. You really have to look to notice them.

    Spark Plug Question

    Autolite 295 works better with a magneto and Autolite 303 works better with a distributor. I do not recommend any Champion plugs.An experienced mechanic replaced the plugs in my 42 WC with Champion, I did not tell him to he was WORKING ON Another problem. Started it up and within 2 city blocks...

    wd45 front grille

    the underside of the frame is not square. the wedeges are needed to square things up for the bolts and nuts to tighten to.

    Allis Chalmers Model U Fan Belt Change Advice

    there are 3 nuts on the water pump pulley. loosen those and tighten the pulley. Lips of the pulley can be tightened or loosened to the right tension then tighten the 3 nuts up.

    wd 45 gas conversion

    LP is a little more inconvenient, but better for the tractor in the long run. fuel will not gum up as quick as gasoline,fuel contamination is not as big of a problem as a regular gas engine. because you can;t use a rusty bucket in a pinch to fuel with. good luck
