    F-20 stuck pistons.

Chris, I would start with a cylinder hone or coarse steel wool, Kroil and a hand drill and clean and oil the cylinders (all 4) then try to move the crankshaft forward or back. Doesn't look too bad to me. Would appear that exhaust valves on #2 and #3 were open letting the moisture in. Check...

    1950 B

Probably would be easier to replace the cast piece and pipe with a good used one. Yes the radiator could be re-cored, by removing the bolts in the top and bottom tanks. Again, a good used replacement may be cheaper solution. I think I have both, but shipping would be expensive from...

Crankshaft pulley on a super A again

DO NOT DRIVE THE PULLEY ONTO THE CRANKSHAFT. Use the oven trick above. Driving the pulley on can cause the crankshaft to break or fail a few hours in operation. BTDT AND SUFFERED THE CONSEQUENCE.

    Farmall A tractor ID

Clearly an "A" with a "Super A" decal on the hood. Worth the tires. Are the parts with it but not shown? Is the block cracked?

    1586 drawbar hole

Why not cut(shorten) the draw bar to the front of the hole and drill another hole the correct size with enough material behind the new hole?

    Cub wheel weight question.

The extra weight cast center on the right side was to help counter the tendency to overturn to the narrow, left side. This was a must-have on side slopes, especially if you were operating with the left side to the down-slope.

    I.D. old implement

Going by the common shaft between the disk, I think "disk tiller" as opposed to disk turning plow? Cylinder mount and hoses makes me think it is John Deere and probably in the 1940's?

    Cat D6 S/N 9U15925

Bryans, Do you have an oil clutch or dry? Oil clutches were built in later 9U models after about 1953. This is a better clutch for wear and life. #24289 was a 1956 model. So I would guess you are in the 1954 to 1955 model year. I have several D6 9U parts machines in Alabama. Have also had...

Which Ultrasonic Cleaner? Want to buy one for carbs and other parts.

Physical dimensions to get what you want to clean should be first consideration, then volume of cleaning solution, then the number and strength of the transducers. Heat is also a valuable tool. I have a 30 liter that is too big for most of what I clean. I get around some of this by using a...

oil Drip pan question 1966 IH Cub Lo Boy Tractor

From the looks of the second photo, I would look hard at the front crankshaft seal. It appears that oil is from front to back of engine indicating being blown by the fan. Correcting with a new seal and possibly speedi sleeve will require removing the front axle and the pulley.

    Farmall B Cultivator/Planter

ZR Don’t know where you or the tractor parts are located but I think this may be worth looking at. Scrap price at $0.10 per pound (generous at scrap yards) would make this worth in the $200 range. I see a possible usable tire, drawbar, manifold in addition to the cultivator frames? Yes the...

    Farmall B Cultivator/Planter

Don’t know about your model numbers but could probably help with the feet and bar clamps. The feet and bar clamps (if the bars are square) were the same on cultivators used on Super A, through 140 and even 4 row cultivators through those used on front mount used through 656, 706, 806 models...

    Farmall H hydraulics

You might try lengthening the top link about an inch at a time. Generally, longer top link will cause the implement to run shallower.
