    Neighbor changed the rubber sleeve seal on the hand pump & now when he starts the tractor the steering wheel spins clear to the left. What do I need to look for to fix it?

    544 Hydraulic problem

    working on a 544 ih. with double bar mower. Sometimes won't raise bars unless you move the draft lever. Could I have leakage at o'rings at drop valve or is there something else wrong.
