2590 hydraulic screen

I have a 2590 starving for oil. How do you get the charge pump inlet screen out to clean it?
I have been told that you have to split the tractor, I hope not.

Split between rear axle housing and transmission housing

We cleaned ours w/out a split. Pulled the pump from the bottom. Removed the shift fork cover from the side. Removed the PTO housing. From the pump opening, and fork cover we were able to maneuver around in there w/ a blow gun to clean the screen. With the PTO housing removed, we were also able to clean more of the screen and also the inside of the housing. Worked well without a split.
