    @wore out Thanks for the reply and help. This is what i was wondering as to the power for the pertronix module. The statement on the "correct coil" depends. The correct coil to me would be put the points ignition back in and use the correct coil. Since this is not the case and the points...

    @ Tx Jim You were right on what I was originally thinking, untilI cleaned the area and could see hydraulic fluid leaking out of the plugs. I will get a picture up shortly, once I get the file size decreased.

    As Tom denoted the holes are in the rear pto housing plate. I had not fathomed this might be where the belt adapter mounted. I wll get a hole cleared and check for threads. That will be wonderful if present. Thanks for the help. I will try to gets wuickboucture for future reference here.

    I have a 1963 3010 gas tractor that had 4 cork plugs in the rear pto housing. They leak and make a mess. Are these supposed to be cork plugs or should they be something else? I cannot find anything in the parts manual, shop manual, or online. All help is welcome
