    Thanks for the input.I think now he is planning on pulling it this winter and having it rebuilt for the amount he uses it it should last till he retires from farming.

    CIH 1063 Corn Head

    I picked up a 1063 corn head at a sale last week serial # is JJC0150838 two questions what year did they go with water pump bearings. The second I need a manual for it been to the usual place but no after market one for it. Thank for any help.

    Just got this head to replace an worn out one that came with my 1640 the auger has had all the retractable fingers removed and a flight extension on the auger. The dealer said the soybean feed a lot better this way but he would take it off and give me a set of fingers for it. Has anyone ran one...

    Rg I found for sale with a individual he had turned it around in his tool shed with a for sale sign on it.It has the hart carter floating cutter bar.Going to look at it again today he didn't give us a price the lat time as his brother in law is half owner of it.

    All went well thought maybe it would last hour the first to check each other out lasted 3 hours would have lasted longer but I had to go to work. She is a young widow 4 years my junior a lot of things in common. She is just like me getting back to dating for the first time in many years
