    I have a service manual coming for this beast but would like to start troubleshooting the pto. It doesn't turn on at all. (it might turn very slightly) the lever on the left side of the tractor does move up and down. This is a dual power. (sounds like that plays into it) the story is...

    well - the weather is warming up here. I have used it a hand full of time. So far so good. one of the best part? When I pick something up - it doesn't leak down... That was really a pain. So far so good. Found one leak on the second control valve.. The plug was finger tight.. Easy...

    I assume that is what the left is? Do you physically replace the PTO shaft to get the different speed? Also - pretty sure the PTO doesn't work as it looks like dad bought a PTO clutch pack.

    I think you are right - it is a 1972. (nothing under the toolbox cover) The C201511 is actually G2015M They are not raised.

    ok - I am trying to find the year of this tractor. I don't see anything on the casting behind the starter. (plus it is hard because the cab is on) This is above the pto area.. Is this it?

    well - some good news. I drained the oil - there was no water in it. Yay I drained the injector pump and filled it with fresh. It was gross - after running for a while - I will replace it again.. and

    That probably isn't going to happen.. I was quoted 1400 to 2000 dollars to overhaul this injection pump. I will be lucky to get 8K for this tractor. That isn't in the budget. I know you guys don't know me - but I am a pretty smart cookie. I have done much more complicated stuff. IF I...

    well - that came way quicker than I thought it would.. but - I didn't notice that I had a broken spring.. - always something...
