    Case 530 CK questions...

Well I had to remove a little off the underside of the new wheel but otherwise it's perfect and being 2" smaller is wonderful

    Case 530 CK questions...

I just drug home a new to me 1963 530 CK... Will have several questions... It is a dry clutch shuttle shift trans and I haven't had any luck looking up fluid capacities... Brakes sorta work a little and po said he replaced them so I suspect oil contamination... is that possible...

I'm an idiot...connected jumper cables backwards

Those lower brackets are junk... crappy design.... If you look in my build thread "$1500" you can see where I modified that bracket for a MUCH better fit.

    Water Ballast removal

If you do as above, then take the wheels off the tractor, inflate, lay on ground, valve down, repeat, you will get nearly all water out...

    Replacing PTO shaft

I wouldn't, I would use my forklift to pick the back of the tractor up enough to do the job and then block it there with the wood cribbing I keep on hand. Every time I drive down the hill to my backyard I'm tilting further than that, for longer than it takes to swap shafts assuming it isn't stuck...

    Replacing PTO shaft

After you back up onto those 6x6's, take the front wheels off and set the hubs on the ground.. Plan to work reasonably fast so as little oil as possible runs past your transmission input seal

Ford 8N High & Low Gear

I hope you're not running the tractor with that spring on there. Probably a real good way to wear out your shift fork
