John Deere diesel 820 intake suction hose

A conversion to dry filtration, definitely have not thought of that. Probably better filtration I would think, but might be more involved than I want to get. I bought this tractor sight unseen from an auction. Got real lucky on how good it runs, and the fact that it has factory power steering.

John Deere diesel 820 intake suction hose

Jim I was thinking the same thing. If they order it and it is wrong, it should be on them. So I will try a different dealer and just take in the old hose. I will stop by the parts store on the way, and see if they indeed might have something that might work.

Thanks Harry, and Haymakin for that photo. WOW, learned something new. I would have never guessed that. This was not my tractor, rather one that I was working on for a friend. It looks like it has been left in the up position for quite some time. Guess that is the reason that the clutch...

Thank you T, I will see if I can get in contact with them. The tractor is out the door now, I just bypassed the sensor but I would still like to know what it is. I will see if i can reach out to sandy lake and maybe they can shed some light on it. I will report back if I find anything out on it.
