    Transporting an IH 3414

    I've hauled my IH 484 with Loader, estimated around 7500 lb several hundred miles on a 2 axle (3500 lb each) behind my ram 1500. Im sure the short distance your going you will be fine.

    I've bought the SSQA plate for the bucket/attachment side as cheep as $150 them got a welder to attach it to the bucket. The tractor side is a little more complicated.     Trailer coupler broke

    I sorta did what was mentioned in post 3 except I welded a 1/4" nut where the indentations used to be. All of a 10 minute fix that was dirt cheep.

    Engines are not stuck. Air cooled. No water in hydraulic fluid. Backhoe works. Mower is definitely yard art. If i can get a couple grand for the tractors I'm happy.

    I have acquired 2 Belaurs tractors with loaders a 420 and 425. The 420 has a quick attach loader with bucket the 425 is pin on with no bucket. 7 of 8 tires hold air by are weather cracked. Don't know if the engines are stuck yet but I don't think so. What would a good asking price be ?

    How long/short do you cut your PTO shafts ? I generally cut them just enough the you can take it off in the shortest/closed position.
