    Bubbling battery again

    Thanks for the info on battery and sending photos. I took in the Alt. and battery to be tested. The battery tested GOOD. But the Alt. tested BAD! So I get a new Alt. take everything home put it on the tractor and it still boils and bubbles the battery. I'm sending these pictures to see if...

    battery bubbling

    my 9n with a 12volt conversion has been bubbling the battery hot. today after about an hour of mowing the battery caps blew off spraying acid everywhere. Is there some diode from the alt. that might be bad?
