861 clutch replacement
The broken washer i found is the anchor washer on the end of the starter. Mine was intact. Broken before I purchased the tractor and left in the bell housing. Thanks again- ted glennon

861 clutch replacement
I separated the trans and engine on my 861 powermaster. I found a broken metal washer in the bottom of the bell housing. The washer 2" O.D. with a 1 1/8" I.D. the washer is approx 3/16" thick. The I.D has 2 flat areas that are 180 degrees opposite and the O.D. has a 1/4" wide x 1/4" deep...- ted glennon
