ok...my kookie neighbors
Our neighbors used to be a pair of retired egg farmers but they sold out and now there is three houses on a lot that used to be one. There is some legal BS called "adverse possession" under which a man who uses another mans property can claim it as his own and the courts have backed it up. There was a case like this in boulder CO were a corrupt local politician took his neighbors property and made him pay the court costs when...- thanksguys

Old wheelhorse question
I bought a wheelhorse from some nice guy in my neighborhood who is moving out of state. I posted a link to the pics on my photobucket account and if anyone here could give my a clue about how old it is or the model I would be grateful. The only marking I saw was K14%0 on the transmission. Thanks...- thanksguys
