Old wheelhorse question

[thanksguys]

I bought a wheelhorse from some nice guy in my neighborhood who is moving out of state.
I posted a link to the pics on my photobucket account and if anyone here could give my a clue about how old it is or the model I would be grateful. The only marking I saw was K14%0 on the transmission. Thanks in advance.
