    Front wheels

That is what I did to the other side. took an angle grinder and then wire wheel to it. Rust primer, and a rubber strip around the middle of the rim. Guess I'll have to do it to this side as well. Not sure I have the right tube in this one. The tire I took off (U.S. Royal) wasn't on there properly...

    wide front tires

Where are you finding 6.00-16's for $130 a pair? Best prices I'm finding are $109 each for tri ribs.

My tire guy gave me a new set of tires.(NOS , some checking from sitting outside) One side will NOT come up on bead in a small section. I've tried everything and no-go. The old tire was the same...too far up on one side and not seated opposite. I hope I don't have a rim issue now

    Front wheels

I'm trying to get by for a few more months on these old nasty tires on the front. I had a flat, aired it up and hauled a couple logs. Parked it for an hour and went out to get it again and the tire was flat again. I broke down the tire, the rim is nasty! I wire brushed it, chipped it with my...

    Primary seal etc.....

I buy some here. I don't do so blindly though, I don't remember what it was that I was looking at a while back but there was a $45.00 difference between here and another vendor. (Wasn't Steiner either)

    Primary seal etc.....

Yeah! That is the one they sent me from Steiner. A straight thru bolt design like your pic is pretty straight forward. That is what it looks like in the book, but not what I got. Thanks again! Tom

    Primary seal etc.....

Months ago I purchased a new primary conductor and insulator/seal my machine never had one when I bought it. I just wanted it back to original. Have read since that many would rather just use a grommet to seal the opening on the distributor. My ask is this: can anyone take a picture of the...

    hydraulics and 3 point

I was curious about that. Directions said to adjust draft control first and then position control......so I did! Position control works better than it did before, but I have to think the new piston and cylinder have a lot to do with that :) . Thanx again, John!

    hydraulics and 3 point

Ahhh! It was working fine (at least it was staying in position) before I replaced the cylinder and piston. I'm wondering if I back off the big spring a half turn or so? The instructions that came with the Zane Thang didn't sound the same as what I previously read or saw in the J&D video. The...

    Gearlube

Tractor had a gallon of 80-90 still in it so that is what I added. I will change it again before September. At that time I will wash it all out with diesel or mineral spirits and fill with UTF. Thank you for your insights.
