    jd 530 charging

    Last year I purchased a jd 530 that has been converted to 12 volt neg. ground with an alternator. The alternator is charging but the power is not getting back to the battery. Any thoughts why this is? How does power get back to the battery? Thanks.

    JD 730 vegetable and 730 standard

    Thanks, Tom. I found one that the guy said was a vegetable. It has longer rear axles and more adjustable wide front, according to the seller. I had never heard of one so wanted to try and get some info. What would a 730 be worth with 3 point and wide front and fair to poor tin work? Thanks.

    530 pto pops out

    Have a John Deere 530 tractor. Today while sickle mowing the pto started popping out and won't stay engaged. Anyone seen this problem before and know what might be going on? I am thinking that it is something internal but want to be sure. Thanks.
