    I need to change the hydraulic oil in my 574 and was wondering if 303 tractor oil from ORieleys would be ok? Also, any suggestions for a filter or should I just have one shipped from the dealership? Thoughts and advice is appreciated!

    I need some advice. My old 574 has always had low ash 30 wt. oil in it. The engine was rebuilt about 200 hrs ago. My question is, can I just go with regular conventional 30 wt oil. Or even synthetic? Kind of embarrassed about the question, but just not real sure what the difference is with...

    Working around the place yesterday and noticed gas spitting out the bottom/side of the fuel pump. Parked it and looked but nothing looks obviously wrong. Any thoughts? Any tricks to changing the pump out?
