    484 cab tractor

    It is a diesel and we know it is hydraulic fluid as it is the only fluid going down. He has through more than 10 gallons in the last month. Looks like I have a full split in my future!

    Great unit! Ditto on the augers, was alittle too much for my 730d and it made the 4020 wiggle, but our 970 Case wore our 1600 out after 15 yrs.

    Broken oil pressure regulator on top of the oil filter canister, now I need #3 permatex

    Took the 530 apart and found a small piece of the piston skirt broke off after the last/lower ring. It is not effecting the rings. Will this bother it? It is going to be used for raking and tedding hay what do you guys think??

    Been using them for over 30 years. Pulsing theory is bs and never took aout a ujoint. Some people just don't know how to run them. NEVER rebuilt the ptos in 720, 730, 70,60 or the 80. Seen numerous 4020 take out the synco range pto clutch running a 3940 or equivalent chopper. Just saying...

    Central new york state. Locals say it was parked about 15 years ago with no problems, owner passed, went to probate etc new owner never touched ir and lives in nyc we think, tring to track him down
