    So, I have a 1950 model b which I've torn completly down. Transmission seems to have model 50 shifters in it. These are interchangeable with "b" shifters? Or do I need to find the proper ones for my b?

    Well, I finally got the clutch drum off after drilling out the broken bolt someone left in it. Retapped it, put my puller on and it popped off. Governor was locked up, got it off.     So, took off clutch part down to the drive disk and discovered someone had broken off a bolt in one of the 2 holes used for pulling this thing off. Looks like they just ground it flat to the surface. Now what?

    Clutch seems to be working. Took off the flywheel side brake. It's was completely locked up. Can spin both wheels now but still in gear. Looked in hole where brake was. Some rust on gears but not to bad. Spark plugs are just carboned up. No signs of rust which is encouraging. Drained the oil...

    Wish I could say the same for my tires. Got them off last night. They're shot. The hubs are another story. Look to be solid cast and must weigh a ton. Not looking forward to getting them off. But that'll be down the road yet. Main concern is freeing the tyranny. I can turn the belt pull by hand...

    Bringing it home today. Still stuck. Pulled top off tyranny. None of the sliders move so gonna have to address that issue. First have to get it on jack stands and get those rotted tires off. Hoping the rims aren't to bad. But, first things first. Once home I'd like to post my progress on here...

    It'll move up and down on that last side but won't go to the other side at all. Will not go into any gear. Don't want to try and force it. Going over later today to see if it rolls since I took of the brake drums. If it rolls I can get it on a roll back and bring it home. Scared to pull that...

    Managed to get both brake drums off. Right side was in bad shape. Neither side pedals moved till I got drums off. Started raining so had to call it quits.
