    John Deere 50 Carb. choke spring

    there are two ends of the spring. one end is curled and one end is straight. i assume the curled end goes around the shaft. now where does the flat end go. when i took it apart the spring had tension on the cap but i dont know how it was inside

    I am building my Dltx 75 carb. I am having trouble putting in the spring on the choke shaft where it is hooked to the choke arm. can anyone explain whick way the spring hooks onto the shaft and how it fits in the cup of the arm.

    I just got a 1944 JD E 1 1/2 engine. It has a pretty nice restoration on it, but the mag is a bit weak. the guy started it for me with a little jump box and then switched it to the mag and it ran fine.     John Deere 60 Schwartz Front End

    I have a Schwartz wide front end i am going to put on a John Deere 60. It does not have hubs on the front axle and i was wandering if you have to use a schwartz hub or will john deere hubs fit it. The spindle itself is about 6-6.5 inches long.

    John Deere Round Tube Wide Front Steering Arms

    Does anyone know who reproduces the "Ball Down" steering arms that go on a round tube wide front end that was used on a G John Deere. Someone used to advertise a while back in GM and Two cylinder but not any more. Any help is appreciated.

    John Deere Unstyled G Block

    If i use the late block will i have piston clearance issue with the piston tops and the valves. i have a set of factory flat top cast iron pistons that came out of it that i wanted to use. It has the flathead on it.

    I have a 1939 unstyled g john deere with a cracked sleeve in the block. It is the F485R block. Does anyone know if the F550R block will fit in a unstyled tractor or not?

    Does anyone know of a place in south tennessee or north alabama that could bore and resleeve a john deere g block. I need one done for a unstyled g. Mine is cracked in the middle of a sleeve.
