    Yes you are right it is a I the # on the left top of the shifter is a I 244G. 2214 And it looks like there is a date on the side of the case the # is H-6-05 thanks again for all the help !

    It has tags but they look alummiun tags can't read anything but the numbers the frame # is 1244c 2214 the motor is a 6cy flat head with a alummiun tags and the motor MFSA 2446 1336.Wondering what kind of hp it has. For some reason it has a 24v generator & starter. Thanks again all help appreciated

    1850 w/perkins engine

    I have been grading a pad for over a week with this tractor with no problems. It was running fine and it stopped like I pulled the kil switch yesterday with no hesitation. This morning I checked all fuel lines there is good pressure to the pump. What could my problem be and what do I check next...

    no I haven't tested it for contamination but it sounds like a good ideal...If I put it under a good load for awhile you think it will clear it Will driving down the highway do?

    It's more than that its oil and heavy when you kill the motor it drips on the oil filter from the exhaust connection...

    I have a 1900 with a Detroit motor when I drive it I get a black heavy oil or what looks like tar all over me, It runs good and have alot of power but under a load it blows all over me.What could be the problem?????? It comes out the exhaust....but doesn't smoke..
