    I have a white 2-85 with a 354 Perkins diesel motor without a turbo. I had it hooked up to a swather I was working on,it was idling for about 45 minutes well to my dismay it was pumping oil into the muffler and back down on the block once I gave more rpms it quit. That motor has about 6600 hours...

    I bought a 2-85 White tractor and I am trying to find out what kind of transmission fluid to use in the (hydro shift) direct, over drive transmission. I was told I could use a car transmission fluid, is this correct? Thank you for any replies

    Hey can anyone out there give me some info about a white 2-85 tractor. I am trying to find out what year it is. Model no. 285-24131 serial no. 291023-408. just bought it and trying to get manauls for it. Thanks for any help.
