    its a pressure sensitive gauge, with no sending unit. going to get another oil pressure gauge to check it. The spring I put in was a little longer than the one I took out and also a heavier gauge. thanks for your reply

    I had low oil pressure 3 to 6 pounds on a Case CK tractor. I removed the oil pan and put in a bigger spring in the oil pump (supposedly what the manufacturer recommended). My gauge only goes up to 30 pounds, the needle is pegged. How much oil pressure is to much and what damage can it do...

    I am looking at a 5030 Allis compact tractor. Can anyone give me the experiences they have had with these tractor, good or bad? How hard is it to get parts for them and do they hold their resale value? I am looking at a 1979 with 1200 hours on it. Any help anyone can give would be appreciated.

    Case 430 low oil pressure

    I have a 430 case construction king. It has low oil pressure (5 lbs). My brother told me some older tractors that you can turn up the oil pressure. Does anyone know if I can do this on my tractor. And if so how do you do it?

    I checked to see if I had gas going thought the fuel line and I did. HOWEVER it was not a full stream so I blew the line out with air. It runs. Thanks for all of your help, your persistence is why I blew out the line. I really thought it had plenty of gas going to the carb.
