    Stuck lug nut pic

    Had the same thing happen on a dodge minivan. I drilled the stud out, the steel was pretty soft. A little tough to stay in the centre. Good sharp bits and work your way up in size, and take your time so you do not hit the rim. Then got a new stud and all new 1 piece nuts from the local parts store.

    Bearing on m gleaner

    We disconnected the elevator at the bottom and top clamp then suspended it with ratchet strap. There is a direction arrow on the unloading auger pulley to help with removal, we needed an air hammer to get it to move. Watch the clutch assembly ours had really sharp edges. I would check the price...

    Sorry about that, the slip rings (electrician terms coming out) are/is the brush assembly. If i remember we had to go counter clockwise to free the pulley, and it took quiet a bit to get it moving, seemed to have locktite (red) on it.     Just the elevator, not the auger, needs to be freed up so it can be raised up so the pulleys can be slide off. We supported it top and bottom with ratchet straps, split the chain, then pulled bottom bolts then the upper support bolts. The slip ring assembly is bolted to the end of the shaft 3/4"...

    Went to get the combine (M-2 #17052) ready for wheat and lost the bearing (agco# 71154722) on the right hand pivot shaft. Does the return elevator need to come out to get the shieve off? I assume the shieve is not threaded on to the shaft. thanks in advance.
