    I'm about to replace the Teflon seal/washer and O-rings, possibly the shaft and bushings, depending on wear. I replaced some of these parts many years ago. I've noticed folks talking about heating the Teflon washer up super hot before trying to put it in the bushing. I did not need to do that...
