    I believe it's the multiport EFI, just went through this on a S10, intake manifold was warped, and creating a vacuum. You're not lying about that dang pod!

    PTO snap ring

    That's exactly what I used, along with a small screwdriver. It's a little tricky, just when you think you're going to have it out, it pops back in :) Stick with it, you'll get it out.

    3 pt hitting axle.....

    My original leveling box did not do this. The replacement one that I bought, which looks just like yours, hits the trumpet when it's all the way.

    Could be the 4-speed auto A4LD, or the 5-speed auto. Either way, they are both pretty much the same. Try seeing if the MLPS got knocked out a little bit. I've always had good experience with this site: http://www.explorerforum.com/

    PTO leaking

    You probably just need a new seal and gasket. Might check the sleeve when you pull it out too. I just got done with mine. Backed the tractor up on ramps, gave it some time for the fluid to move towards the front of the tractor, then just unbolted it. Shouldn't lose very much fluid at all.

    47 Ford 2N moving snow

    I know exactly what you mean! I live in TX, and this past winter we got an unheard of 12" of snow!!!!! Nobody, including me, knew what to think about that! We might get snow once every few years.
