    M602 differential

We got the differential completely disassembled on the tractor and have noticed that the 4 pins that hold the bevel gears in the carrier all have quite a bit of wear. Not where the bushing rides and gear turns, but where it sits in the carrier. Best we can figure the pins must chatter and...

    Low Power after 12v Conversion

Battery has 13.7 volts and it spins the engine very well. I will double check the firing order. The cylinders are numbered from the radiator. Right?

    Low Power after 12v Conversion

Sorry it's a 9n front mount. I am using the originl ballast resistor and a new 12 volt coil. Also if it helps. As a 6 volt the tractor would start in approx 2 -3 seconds and no choke required. Now its 10 seconds using full choke.

    Low Power after 12v Conversion

I did the 12v conv. Used an EBAY kit with the original ballast resistor. New Plugs and wires, cap and rotor. Double and triple checked plug gap, point gap and firing order but my tractor is down on power now. Suggestions? also using a new 12v coil.

    12 vOLT Conversion 9N

So I finally completed the 12v conversion. Kit came with one of the white resistors. I opted to follow JMOR's advice and use the factory Ballast Resistor. Tractor of course spins much faster but is slower to start now (Longer elapsed time) than when it was 6v. Also seems down on power, and weak...
