    Thank You for the fast reply! I would not have known about the TIP SPEED. The auger on the blower has 2 shear bolts so we are ok there. I will have to find out the PTO speed on the tractor. Thanks again!

    You were right! The sickle was binding at the hold downs.I got those adjusted and also checked out the wobble box without the belt on,the wobble box checked out good.I also retightened the bolt that attaches the sickle to the wobble box and now with those adjustments its running much...

    You can put cover plates over the first and second concaves and you dont have to put the wires in.Worked for me

    I just bought a 17.5 ft 820 flex head.It is in the lockout or rigid position setting now. I am using it for wheat now and oats in about a week.The problem I have is the vibration im getting when cutting. I got the same vibration when it was in the flex position.Its shacking so much I can feel it...
